Rockstar drops a 27-minute look at Grand Theft Auto VI

Grand Theft Auto VI looks less like a standard game and more like a high-budget film.
Rockstar Games published a 27-minute preview of GTA VI on YouTube and its official website, according to The Verge. The footage premiered first on Netflix and was captured entirely on a PlayStation 5. It focuses on atmosphere, locations, and main characters Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, alongside brief looks at shootouts, police chases, scuba diving, and basketball.
Why it matters: It gives players a clear look at how the game actually runs on current hardware. While other outlets got private previews with extra gameplay details, this public stream shows Rockstar betting heavily on cinematic scale.
Know this: GTA VI launches on November 19th for $79.99. If you saw clips on YouTube earlier, creators were allowed to post reaction videos right after the Netflix stream ended.
